Easy admin portal not updating

The Easy admin portal is currently displaying the latest information for new transactions since yesterday afternoon. However, transactions affected by the incident yesterday before the fix was applied might still not show the latest information and we are working on a fix for these transactions.

The issue has now been resolved. Root cause investigation is ongoing.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues on our DT and Pay2 platforms, we are investigating the issue and resolving it as fast as possible.
