Issues with D2 batch processing

 

D2: Batch processing delayed.

Batches for the past three days are now being manually run, we have not yet enabled automatic batch processing, and won't unless we are able to complete the manual processing today. This could result in tonights batch being delayed till tomorrow.

Tonights batch will be delayed, as we have had to pause the processing during the resolution of the previous days issues with batch.
We expect to be able to correct/process all batches tomorrow.

It is confirmed that the following batches has not been processed since the 23rd:

- BABS
- Cekab/Evry
- Barclays (multi and UK)
- NETS

We are currently seeing issues with batch processing on D2
So far Cekab and BABS are confirmed to be affected, however as investigation progresses, more jobs might be found to be affected.

 

D2: Reports not being sent out - RESOLVED

the tool is wokring again after a hotfix was applied, all lines shows as per normal again.

Unfortunately it seem like the reporting tool only shows one line in the report, the issue has been re-opened.

EASY: Unable to login to merchant portal - RESOLVED
