Cardtype / paytype
The parameter paytype is applied on several occasions when using the standard DIBS payment window:
- A specific paytype can be forced through when opening the standard DIBS payment window, limiting the available payment types to one particular type amongst the collection configured at DIBS. (For FlexWin you can also specify a comma separated list of payment types).
- The standard DIBS payment window returns the applied paytype to the accepturl (and callbackurl, if used)
- Cards (Credit cards and Dankort):
Survey1: Short list of cards (most commonly used)
Survey2: Long list of cards (all supported types) - Netbanks:
Survey3: Short list of netbanks (most commonly used)
Survey4: Long list of netbanks (all supported types)
All four surveys contain a 'Paytype' and a 'Description' column; they are sorted
alphabetical on the 'Paytype' column. In Survey2 column 'Parent Paytype' is added.
Please note that changes to the surveys may occur without notice. Also note that
values for cardtype names may be up to 20 characters long. Input values are not
case sensitive - e.g. 'MC', 'Mc' and 'mc' are equal.

As a general rule, as input to the DIBS payment window you should specify the
'Parent Paytype' if one is listed above, instead of the 'Paytype', unless you
actually want to limit to subordinate cardtype(s), and these have also been
configured at DIBS.
E.g. if your shop should accept all kinds of MasterCards, specify paytype as 'MC'.
On the other hand, if only subordinate Swedish MasterCards should be accepted
and other subordinate kinds of MasterCards should be rejected, specify paytype
as 'MC(SE)'.
The return value from the DIBS payment window for the paytype selected by the
cardholder will always correspond to a subordinate cardtype, in case such exist.
E.g. if your input to the DIBS payment window was 'paytype = MC' and the cardholder
entered the cardnumber for a Swedish Mastercard, the return value for paytype will
be 'MC(SE)'.

If blank, then paytype is not supported.
