Head of Service Delivery and Support at DIBS
Managing teams in the Nordic countries. As the Head of Service Delivery and Support in Copenhagen, you will be a key player being responsible for ensuring continuous excellent support of merchants and partners across primarily Denmark, Sweden and Norway, and for bringing DIBS' support to the next level. We have local support in each country, which means that you will lead the managers of several teams across the countries.
You will ensure that the DIBS plans and targets are met, and at the same time you have every opportunity to bring your ideas to life. The structure of the support organization is newly implemented, and a large part of your job will be to make the DIBS support work in a professional manner with relevant and well-functioning processes. You will have approx. 20 people referring to you directly or indirectly across three countries and four offices. Consequently, a large part of your job will be to make this new structure work effectively and to manage stakeholders in e.g. sales departments.
The position refers directly to the Chief Product Office (CPO) and you will be part of a management team consisting of Head of Development & Operations, Head of Product & Innovation and Head of Security, all reporting to the CPO. You will also take a seat in DIBS Tactical Management Groups along with the 'Heads of...' throughout the DIBS organization.
You will be working from our premises in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will need to travel every month to the other Nordic offices. However, an exact number of travel days is difficult to estimate as it will be very much up to you, how much travel is needed.
To be a success in this role, you need to have:
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Experience with professionalizing a support organization
• Experience with change management
• Relevant B2B experience in service delivery and support
• Experience from a similar role across at least two countries, preferably Nordic countries
• Good language skills: you are fluent in English and able to understand and be understood in Danish, Swedish and Norwegian
It is a plus if you know the online payment industry, but it is not a requirement.
On a personal level, you are good with people, perceived as professional and trustworthy, you are flexible and like a challenge. You are able to operate on a tactical level, and simultaneously have a firm grip on the day-to-day business.

This key role is challenging and you will fairly quickly be able to set your footprint on the processes and the support level of DIBS.
